Capital Insight is currently managing the delivery of over 600 dwellings in northern NSW for Housing NSW. Capital Insight is also assisting Yamba Marina with the feasibility, planning and stakeholder negotiations to expand and develop ancillary uses on the site.

Our staff prepared a tender bid for a consortium of developers to redevelop the Green Square Town Centre, Sydney. The seven hectare site offered a mix of retail, residential and commercial development of over 200,000 square metres of gross floor area on and around an existing railway station. The anticipated end value of the ten year project was over $1.7billion.
