Capital Insight prepared an office accommodation strategy for this growing NSW government organisation that works in partnership with the NSW community to achieve safe workplaces, effective return to work programs, and security for injured workers.

The strategy included a number of interlinked short-term options for the provision of services. These included reconfiguration of some space at the Gosford Head Office, taking over additional space in the Sydney CBD (closer to clients and stakeholders), and relocating staff to alternative locations.
