As part of the Commonwealth Government's Nation Building and Jobs Program, Capital Insight is undertaking the design management, cost and feasibility assessment, obtaining necessary approvals for and delivering over 50 multi-dwelling social housing developments (incorporating over 600 dwellings) with a budget of over $100 million, across northern NSW (eg, Armidale, Ballina, Casino, Tamworth, Lismore, Moree and Taree). This project is being rolled out in a highly fast tracked programme environment requiring rapid deployment of human resources to the role and managing the numerous issues inherent with high volume regional centre development programmes.  Capital Insight has worked closely with its client to adapt to and in many cases refine systems and processes to ensure the most rapid yet quality assured delivery of new housing stock. Capital Insight is now project managing the delivery of these projects scheduled for completion during 2010.
