Capital Insight provided analysis of Bluescope's future spatial needs with the benefit of a clearly defined needs brief,carried out a geographic analysis of travel times for its staff to aid determination of a  preferred location.  Capital Insight also managed the identification and leasing of BlueScope Steel Lysaght's New South Wales Headquarters.  Seven locations for alternative offices were identified in the North Ryde area, which enabled Capital Insight to negotiate a re-commitment by BueScope to its existing offices in Pyrmont. 

The transaction included:

• a substantial rent reduction

• generous car parking provision

• favorable review conditions.
