The 2,700 square metre facility is located on the Concord Repatriation General Hospital campus, adjacent to the ANZAC Research Institute. The centre will be a shared research facility, incorporating up to six PC2 laboratories, two dry laboratories and administration and education functions. The upper level of the facility will be made available for the expansion of the ANZAC Research Institute.

Capital Insight successfully managed the design, construction and delivery of this state-of-the-art medical research facility.  The project operated under tight timeframes and budgets within a  complex environment, comprising multiple stakeholders.  Capital Insight delivered the project under budget and ahead of program.
