On behalf of the former Maritime Services Board, Capital Insight:

• prepared commercial documentation for the disposal of Walsh bay and Woolloomooloo Wharf assets deemed surplus to operational requirements

• managed the multi-stage Expressions of Interest and tendering processes

• carried out tender evaluations including extensive financial modelling for sensitivity and risk analysis

• managed the negotiations processes with short-listed tenderers.
