Capital Insight has a well developed relationship with Frankston City Council for the facilitation of value management and other workshops. 


Workshops have covered:

  • site selection for the relocation of the local branch of the University of the Third Age

  • a future uses workshop that explored community and learning activities in a former aged care facility

  • subsequent planning of participation principles, management protocols, access and usage rights, facilities requirements and issues resolution pathways.
