High Risk Management Unit (Supermax 2) Business Case | NSW Department of Corrective Services

Capital Insight prepared a business case on behalf of the NSW Department of Corrective Services for the establishment of a second High Risk Management Unit for high security risk inmates.  This facility manages offenders that require the highest level of security, whilst minimising any potential for criminal networking, escape planning and influence beyond the prison walls at a location accessible to the Multi Accused Trial Court Complex in Parramatta.
