Armidale Courthouse | NSW Attorney General's Department

Capital Insight undertook the business case preparation for the new $15 million Armidale Courthouse. The current courthouse was constructed in 1860 and provides Local and District Court services to Armidale and the surrounding areas including the towns of Guyra, Uralla, Walcha, Tenterfield and Glen Innes. In total it serves a population of approximately 50,000 people.  


Capital Insight's innovative approach to the economic evaluation, culminated in obtaining funding for the first new Courthouse in regional NSW in 20 years.
