Capital Insight was Project Manager for the new $21 million Mater Clinic located adjacent to the Mater Hospital at Wollstonecraft. The facility is 3300 square metres and comprises the following:

Mater Orthopaedic Day Surgery including three operating theatres

six obstetrics consulting suites,

two major orthopaedic groups including consulting rooms, office space and research

one cardiology consulting suite

pathology service

cafe.
Capital Insight also managed the implementation of automated parking to the Mater Hospital site, including the new car spaces created in the Mater Clinic.
