Capital Insight was Project Manager for the new $58 million Mental Health Precinct overlooking Parramatta River within the Concord Repatriation General Hospital campus.  The development represented the last component of the Concord Repatriation General Hospital Redevelopment project, undertaken as part of the Area Health Services $390 million Resource Transition Program.

Capital Insight undertook the feasibility study for the project as well as project management for the planning, site works and construction of the project.
 

The mental health precinct provides the campus with a 174 bed mental health facility, support by and integrated with the main hospital health and support services, and includes:

• acute adult unit

• acute adult intensive care unit

• acute pyschogeriatric unit

• extended care units

• rehabilitation and recovery ward/hostel

• rehabilitation cottages

• rehabilitation unit

• outdoor pool.
