The Tyree Energy Technologies Building | The University of New South Wales

Capital Insight is Project Manager for the University of New South Wales' (UNSW) flagship energy technologies research, learning and teaching facility to be known as the Tyree Energy Technologies Building. The facility will be located on the Kensington Campus at the junction of the University Mall and ANZAC Parade and will have a role as the gateway building to the Campus and as a landmark building for the Faculty of Engineering and UNSW generally.

The facility of six floors (approximately 15,000 square metres) will incorporate administrative, teaching and learning, workshop, research (including laboratory), display and cafe spaces. The roof will incorporate photovoltaic cells for testing of research and development work, as well as contributing to the energy input requirements for the facility.
