Capital Insight is Project Manager for the College of Fine Arts (COFA) redevelopment, one of Australia's premier art and design school's, located in Paddington. 

The $55 million facility will be undertaken in two stages:

• Stage 1 - demolition of a number of existing buildings to construct a new five-storey building incorporating administrative, teaching and learning spaces, underground car park and a public courtyard

• Stage 2 - alterations and extensions to the existing five storey main building (including the addition of an additional floor level) to provide upgraded studio and workshop spaces and development of an art gallery facing Oxford Street.
