Capital Insight is Project Manager for the $1.23 billion Gold Coast University Hospital project, a 750 bed tertiary hospital serving one of the fastest growing regions in Australia.  The new ‘green- field’ hospital will deliver a range of specialty services including cardiac, cancer, neuro-sciences, neo-natal intensive care and trauma. It will integrate with the teaching and research functions of the adjacent Griffith University and is planned for opening in December 2012.

Our role is to manage the Project Definition Planning and Master Planning phases and to work with Queensland Health and Project Services to determine and subsequently manage specific procurement requirements for the design development, construction and commissioning phases of this very challenging project.
