Capital Insight works with clients to implement change, typically in parallel with our project management roles in the planning, delivery and commissioning of capital projects. Intentional change that an organisation can experience includes change generated by new processes and/or systems or the identification of fragmented process and procedures that require alignment. Inherent in managing change is the need to recognise the implications of change and its effect on staff (morale and performance) and corporate culture and values. Capital Insight works with an internal client change management team, because change must be owned by the organisation and the individuals involved in order to be effective. A structured approach is utilised to identify organisational objectives, the work processes required to achieve the organisational objectives and the new 'rules' required to give effect to those processes.
